Malty, honey, vanilla, toffee, citrus (orange/lemon), gentle woody spice, and subtle char. Some grass and brine, slight saltiness.

Toffee, caramel, honeyed malt, apple, pear, light oak. Light spice, cinnamon, ginger, and a trace of peat smoke.

Short, mild, clean. Pepper, dry oak, and fading sweetness. Metallic dryness. Some smokiness, chocolate, and a peppery feel.
