Scotch Sour

Ingredients

• ["50ml blended Scotch whisky"
• "25ml fresh lemon juice"
• "20ml simple syrup"
• "1 egg white (optional)"
• "2 dashes Angostura bitters"]

Method

1. 1Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker tin. Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to whip the egg white. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
