Classic Hot Toddy

Ingredients

• ["60ml Scotch whisky"
• "15ml honey"
• "15ml fresh lemon juice"
• "120ml hot water"
• "Cinnamon stick"
• "Cloves"]

Method

1. 1Add honey and lemon juice to a heat-proof glass or mug. Pour in hot (not boiling) water and stir to dissolve honey. Add Scotch whisky and stir gently. Garnish with cinnamon stick, cloves, and a lemon slice.
