Ingredients

• ["45ml sherried Scotch whisky"
• "30ml Campari"
• "30ml sweet vermouth"]

Method

1. 1Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the Scotch whisky, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Stir for about 30 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice or serve straight up in a chilled coupe.
